Vehicle Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Always keep the vehicle at speed lower than the specified speed limit or 120km as the maximum speed, otherwise we cut the power of the car or may cancel the rental contract.
2. The renter is responsible for all damages including tyres, windscreen and theft not covered by insurance.
3. Any road fines (tickets) are payable by renter.
4. The car is on limited kilometres but only to the specified destination. You cannot decide to drive 100km outside your specified destination. If you do, then extra fee per kilometre is payable.
5. No smoking in the vehicle is allowed as it damages the seats.
6. No pets are allowed in the vehicle.
7. Report all damages even if they are underneath the car.
8. Do not pour any oil to the car. Please call the office line for any advice in terms of any warning light.
9. Do not adjust tyre pressure unless it's necessary. We also check tyre pressure before the car takes a trip.
10. The car comes with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same full tank.
11. If the booking is cancelled before 48hr from collection, we charge 50% penalty and refund the balance. If it's cancelled within 24h, we take full payment. A standard booking fee of 10% of the booking amount is not refundable.
